The court sentenced him to life imprisonment for his role in the gruesome death of Colombian plastic surgeon Edwin Arrieta Arteaga.

Last year, when tragedy struck, Sancho and Arteaga were vacationing on the Thai island of Koh Pha-ngan. Arteaga’s dismembered body was discovered, leading to a criminal investigation. Sancho, known for his cooking videos on YouTube, was subsequently charged with the murder.
Court Proceedings
Initially facing the death penalty, Sancho’s sentence was commuted to life imprisonment due to his cooperation during the trial. The Koh Samui Provincial Court held him accountable for premeditated murder, emphasizing the severity of the crime.
